Advantages of brazed plate heat exchangers
The surface of the brazed plate heat exchanger consists of EKO AIR packet thin corrugated metal plates disposed between the two reinforcing plates. In a single plate heat exchanger unit connected with the vacuum brazing. Special corrugated plate surface provides high turbulence flow heat exchanger design and rigidity. Nozzles for input and removal of working medium may be positioned on both the front and the back reinforcing plate.
Operation
The working environment involved in the heat transfer tubes are introduced through the heat exchanger. In the Working Environment distributed in alternate channels formed plates and corner ports ( ports). The channels are arranged so that the two media to move it in a counter ( for high heat ). Also, the medium can move in a parallel current.
Standard materials
- The reinforcing plate material, stainless steel AISI 304, a thickness of 2 to 5 mm.
- Material sockets ( connectors) - stainless steel AISI 304 or AISI 316
- Corrugated plate material - AISI 316L, thickness 0.30 to 0.35 mm.
- Material solder - copper foil with a thickness of 0.05 mm.
